Defects present at delivery or resulting from production issues

3. Important Usage & Wear Notice
Certain electronic gadgets and accessories may be subject to normal wear over time, especially due to:

Daily or intensive use

Repeated charging cycles

Movement or physical handling
Performance changes caused by normal wear and aging of components are not considered manufacturing defects.
This notice does not limit your legal rights and exists to ensure realistic expectations for everyday-use electronics.
