All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note:

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available)


2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination:

  • Europe: 5–12 business days

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs processing or local postal delays.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

4. Tracking Information

Whenever possible, a tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.

NuttyGadgetz is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged once the package reaches your country.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.


6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

NuttyGadgetz is not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Packages returned due to incomplete or incorrect address information

If an order is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.


7. Lost or Delayed Packages

8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

9. Returns & Return Address

Returns sent without prior contact may not be processed.
